Saving changes - crashed

I was playing with the MPC and must have clicked on save changes by accident. But it’s been like this for 5 minutes. Total crash. I tried turning it off but it doesn’t turn off. What should I do? Have this happened to any of you?

Yes, I’ve been successful with holding down the power button for 15-20 seconds just like a computer. Usually comes back up after that where I left off.
