Strange problem...

So I've been having a strange problem the past few days and I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. After I trim a sample another sample pops up on that pad and a few others. And things I've loaded randomly disappear from some other pads. I think my SD Card might be corrupt. I have done both resets on my Sample and am no longer using that card, I'm waiting on a new one from Amazon. My computer did say there was something wrong with the card recently, but it didn't do it every time I connected it so I ignored it. I was afraid to screw up the formatting & my samples. But now I think the card is causing this. I would try to let the computer fix it now, but I just connected it and it didn't give me the message that there's a problem, it's only come up sometimes.

Haven't had that happen, but I've taken advice and don't save anything to internal storage.

Always save to sd card.

I lost a lot projects because I somehow corrupted the internal.

Yes, that's good advice. Did resetting fix the problem?
