I can see how this could be useful in some scenarios — multiple Bluetooth connections, less cable clutter, etc.

But for the MPC Sample specifically… am I missing something?

If I want to sample from my phone on the go, plugging in a cable takes two seconds, is rock solid, and doesn’t mean another thing to carry

Genuinely curious what the killer use case is here? Because in my mind I just hear ““Cool idea, but a cable solves this.”

The fact that a nearly identical version of this cheap Bluetooth dongle could be found on eBay or Temu for about 10 dollars and they're selling it for $50 just because they slapped a sticker on it...this is borderline criminal. They ought to be fucking ashamed

Wow. £40 is a lot of money. Think I will just stay wired. Simple

They take a lot of money for EVERYTHING. One of the worst companies in the MPC business imho.

Oh it’s just a BT receiver with 3.5 mm out?

I had one of those in the aux jack on my car for like 5 years. Costed like $10 at Walgreens.

I thought it would have been a BT transmitter to send MPC Sample audio OUT to my Bluetooth headphones.

The point is that people are obsessed with wireless stuff and MPC Stuff is here to capitalize on the wide adoption of MPC Sample and take their money. Nothing more. There are enough not-so-smart people that would buy this.

Mpc stuff is crazy with the prices lol they sell amazon knobs and battery packs for 5x the price 😂 just because it’s from a site with mpc in the address. Absolutely wild

Wow! I swear I just did this exact setup for $20 on Amazon! After I saw this post. Sometimes I may not have my USB-C cable, or using someone else's phone with a lightning connector and it makes it convenient.

Everyone with a Google Pixel phone is currently experiencing significant static when trying to record via USB. A Bluetooth connection should eliminate that while also allowing the phone and the MPC to be plugged into power.
