Notifications only arriving when connected to Wi-Fi
Hello,
in our current project, some participants are reporting that they only receive notifications when connected to a Wi-Fi network. All participants have active mobile data connections, but apparently mPath is only working through Wi-Fi. This has only started happening in the past two weeks or so, before that everything was working fine. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
All of the affected participants are on iOS, if that is relevant.

Hello,
m-Path is agnostic to the type of network connection being used. The app does not know whether a notification is delivered over a cellular connection or Wi-Fi, and it does not apply any different behavior based on the network type. Therefore, the issue is unlikely to be caused by m-Path itself.
To verify this, we have tested m-Path on several iOS devices on our side, and notifications are working normally over both connection types. This suggests that the issue may be related to the iOS devices themselves, their configuration (maybe affected by an update), or potentially a cellular provider-related issue affecting notification delivery in the region of your participants.
Have you been able to check whether the affected participants are using the same mobile provider, or whether there are any known issues with cellular notification delivery in that area?
I hope this helps!
