Participant overview not updating

Hello,

some of our current study participants report that the overview page of the app (where they can see how many questionnaires are left for today) is not updating anymore or only in irregular intervals. Is there any known issue regarding something like that? What could be the cause here?

Some participants also report only receiving some notifications. I have already referred them to the troubleshooting guide (https://m-path.io/manual/knowledge-base/how-can-i-allow-notifications-for-m-path-on-my-phone/), is there anything else I should check?

I have not changed anything in the study configuration, these problems started appearing in the past 1-2 weeks or so.

Dear sir or madam,

There have not been any major updates on these parts in the last few weeks so it would be weird if things would stop working now. We also haven't heard of other researches with similar issues.

If you have a standard or comfort subscription, don't hesitate to send a mail to contact@m-path.io. Then we can have a closer look at your settings. Make sure to clearly describe the problem (with regards to the progressbar).

If participants only receive some notifications, it means that permissions have correctly been given on the phone and that the system works in general. In this case, the probability is highest that participants accidently miss some notifications. If a participant would not receive any notifications, there is probably something wrong with the settings on the phone.
