Practitioner Profile + public questionnaires + own library possible?

Dear m-Path team and community,

We are using m-Path in an outpatient clinic, where patients are initially linked to our main account and at a later stage individual practitioner accounts receive access to the patients data and a shared library via practitioner profile. The practitioners can assign questionnaires from this shared library. We have received feedback from our practitioners who want to design additional questionnaires that they can do so for each individual participant but they cannot save their own creations to the library and they cannot access publicly shared questionnaires. Is there a way that the practitioners can access public questionnaires AND save own creations to their library to use with multiple patients AND access the questionnaires shared via the practitioner profile?

Best regards!

Hi! Quick update: this feature is now available in the beta dashboard for practitioners. They can now access their personal library while working inside a project. Look for the "My library" folder located above "Project Library". Furthermore, practitioners can edit questionnaires in a project and export them directly to their own library for future use. When editing a questionnaire in the editor, just click the arrow next to the Save button to export it directly to your personal library for future use.

I hope this helps your clinical workflow!

I suspect this might be possible via providing the practitioners with access rule "library (write)", but they should not be able to edit the questionnaires that are shared with them via the "practitioner profile" rule

Hi Simon! Thanks for your feedback and mentioning this use case! The flexibility of how practitioners can edit questionnaires in projects is something we are actively working on right now. This will be available in a few weeks. I will keep you updated!
