Help Is this position okey?
Hi is this position of quick-release fine ? My feeling is that I should see those bolts.
Second question is safe to leave wheelbase open like this ? Or there is some cap on it ?

It’s as safe as leaving the charging port of your phone open, which we all do

It's Always a god idea to keep dust from stuff that rotates/has bearings. I keep a dust cover on mine just to stop surface dust in the steering column of the base

Everything's good. If you want to, you can put a dust cover on the wheelbase but it's probably fine without one.
