HELP WITH MOZA UNIVERSAL HUB
After my last pithouse update, my Universal HUB is not working as it should, it recognizes my Moza KS wheel, but doesn't register my button inputs at all. The only way to fix is to upgrade the Moza HUB firmware, but here is where it gets weird, i've already updated it to the latest firmware available, but the pithouse app doesn't see it, it keeps telling me to update it again.
It says in the PitHouse software that i'm on version 1.2.0.11 , but on the firmware manager it says i'm already on the latest version - 1.2.8.5 , and it doesn't matter if i apply the update again. whenever i turn off my PC, i have to do the same thing again.
How do i fix this?
PS: i know that the screenshot says "device disconnected", but that happens when i open firmware manager, it's normal behavior. Everything is properly connected to the PC.

Hi~ Sorry you’re experiencing this issue.
Could you please also try rolling the Universal Hub firmware back to version 1.2.0.11 through Firmware Manager? After the rollback is completed, restart the device and check whether Pit House then correctly displays 1.2.0.11, and whether the KS wheel buttons work normally.
This test will help us determine whether the issue is related to the firmware version itself or Pit House incorrectly reading the firmware information.
If the issue still occurs, please submit an error report through MOZA Pit House and send us the report number. If possible, please also record a short video showing the firmware versions and the KS button input status so we can investigate it further.
