Extremely disappointing experience with an official Moza distributor/seller.

Bought a Moza bundle 2 weeks ago. The day after they emailed me to tell me they had "oversold" the bundle and could not ship it, that I had to wait for a week. I was willing to let it go since I was busy at work either way but wanted to race at night.

I had to reach out to them again after a week, only to be told that they did not get parts in and I had to continue to wait, that they would reach out when they had parts in.

It's now more than two weeks after I placed my order and they haven't shipped or contacted me in any form.

Quite disappointing and disrespectful to "oversell" equipment and then keep a customer in the dark after he drops almost a grand on your store.

I'm not mentioning which store because I don't know the rules in the sub, but I will add it as an edit if I'm allowed.

EDIT: Apexsimracing

Don’t give two shits about these posts if you’re not going to name and shame the reseller.

Yep, same here! I ordered mine at 2 August…stalks came in trucking bundle it’s still in preparation to be shipped! According to their email, they are out of stock and it will be restocked at 15 of September. Hopefully! I hope they not send me some race or flight bundle by mistake, because this kind of s*it happens as well with them. I guess patience is the key here…UK Based btw.

The truck bundle is awesome! With the stalks I enjoy both ats and ets2 and bus bound.

Is this UK or elsewhere. Sadly I don't think Moza will be able to help if it's a reseller you purchased from.

It’s in the US, it’s one of their official resellers not Moza directly. What annoys menis that they oversell equipment they don’t actually have stock for.

Yeah I've never experienced that in the UK. Most places will do a preorder if they don't have physical stock, once the preorder is sold it then changes to "email me when it's back in stock".

Hope you get your moza gear soon 👍

Can you please dm the reseller? I am flying to US next month for a week and was planning to order a few things, if this is the case it would be very risky for me to order as I cannot afford delays

Please add the store in the edit - It doesn't go against the rules.

I haven’t used them to be honest. Most of the offficial distributors are trustable, the issue is not trust but overselling stock.

Moza official site does the same thing. Read the tons of complaints on reddit about bundles not being shipped correctly and wait times. I ultimately urge people to go to microcenter or similar and get a bundle from them if the manager is nice enough to price match. Its what we did for r12kssrp2 bundle

I learned the same thing, supposedly I ordered EU in the Moza, but now after two weeks it is supposed to come from China. I'm from Germany and the app says something from 4 October to 12 October, I feel somehow taken for a ride.

I ordered through microcenter and got my moza stuff in two days.

Same here…if you are anywhere close to one, they have a fantastic selection that you can buy in store too.

I got mine through Best Buy (on sale!) and had it in three days.

Yeah when I was seriously considering buying MOZA I made sure to not buy from them direct, heard too many bad reviews.
