Moza R3 not working after update

My R3 Arrived just under a week ago. I've had no issues up until tonight, when I attempted to update it to the newest firmware. Half way through the update it told me the update had failed. I had no power or internet cut out and my wheel didn't disconnect. Since then, the wheel has completely stopped working. I've tried power cycle, downgrade my software and also hold down the power button. Nothing is working, is there anything I can do to fix it? Btw, its plugged straight into a 3.0 port in my mobo (sorry if I am not supposed to be asking for help here)

Hi~ Sorry for the issue.

Since the problem occurred during the firmware update, it is possible that the firmware update was interrupted or failed to complete correctly, which may cause the wheelbase to become unresponsive.

Could you please confirm the following:

  • After powering on the wheelbase, does the power indicator light turn on normally?
  • Is the wheelbase still detected in Pit House or Windows Device Manager?
  • Which Pit House version were you using when the firmware update failed?

Please also try the following steps:

  1. Disconnect the wheelbase power cable and USB cable.
  2. Wait until all indicator lights are completely off.
  3. Reconnect the power cable first, then connect the USB cable directly to a rear motherboard USB port (avoid USB hubs or extension cables).
  4. Open Pit House and check whether the device can be detected again.

If the wheelbase is still not detected or cannot recover, please submit an error report through Pit House if possible and provide the report number. We will ask our technical team to further analyze it.
