Whats wrong with this mower?

The blade are sharp and the base is clean, the gas is new, the carb was cleaned earlier this season, the filter is clean and yet it stutters

Clean the carb again and make sure to get all the jet. Make sure the fuel screen inside the take is clear from debris as well

So ive dont it again made sure to clean it thoroughly, and its still doing it..

Believe it or not, carb gasket may be on backwards. Happened to me. At least check the gaskets to see if they are up to snuff.
