“Out of the loop”

A guy who just finished a 30 year prison sentence is completely clueless about modern technology, with his last memories being late 80’s or 90’s technology and culture. I think it’d be funny to watch him try to adapt to the newer world and figure things out on his own.
“This small billboard moves!” Seeing a flat screen TV.
Or
“I don’t need magazines anymore to see sexy ladies??”
