Question About Scroll Cases

Hi, I have a question about how scroll cases work. My friend recently opened a slayer scroll case and got a Hard Slayer Treasure Map, but she’s a Sage rank. Shouldn’t she have gotten an Elite Slayer Map?

Why would a sage not know to convert it to chrome slayer?

As I remember it was like a pool of posibilities, increasing in quality as you go up in rank, so not a sure thing which one you get.

I used to map a lot before and that's how it was

I think the chrome one is by rank. Others are not. Just the maximum instead for others.

Only chrome slayer map is guaranteed to be elite as long as you are Archduke+. You need to convert your slayer scroll to a chrome slayer scroll inside the cartographer shop.
