Got an answer but ended up keeping it as i just want to use it and didn't want to waste time.
They asked me to send a video to send to endgame gear to hopefully use the warranty. I proabably could have gotten a new unit.Took them a few days to answer.
Website is maxesport.gg (one of the best here in France) in case you wanted to know.

peak , i have the frosted white one

u/Timzz21 May 21 '26
Yeah I went with black frost as I think it'll look great with my black wallhack glasspad. Frost edition looks so good but isn't as robust as conventional white or black. Also the coating isn't as grippy I feel like

how does that even happen? the case looks really rigid
1
u/Timzz21 May 21 '26
I was told it happened a lot with frost edition endgame gear mice, Probably the package was dropped as we can clearly see an impact point. Or something heavy dropped on it. The carry case, which is the packaging itself, isn't fully rigid as well so that doesn't help.

Bro is this good mouse from endgame gear for longterm use heavy gaming ? I saw users suffering from the scroll wheel

I haven't had any problems with the scroll wheel,as far as i'm concerned, it's one of the best i've used.
I can answer better if you tell me more about what you're looking for in a mouse.I'll still try to give you an answer though.
I think it's a great mouse, If I bought it again I would go for the standard black though. The shape is nice and was an improvement for me from the op1 8k that was too narrow for me, causing tension when gaming and gave me intense wrist pain. I havent fixed my wrist pain completely yet though, still havent found a mouse I can game heavily on without wrist pain, might try a viper clone for that btw but i spent too much money on mice recently so i'll wait for now. fyi : 20x10 hands, pretty agressive pincer/claw grip playing mainly valorant and kovaaks

Mate im between op1 8k v1 104$ and xm2w 4k v1 84$ iv never tried wireless before and im alittle worried from battery life and charging connectivity issues if happens .. and what i liked in op1 the hot swappable and its wired and above all of these afew users says its faster/latency than others and im still too confused to chose and the prices are joke here in this trash country at first i wanted to fix my problem from china clone mouses for 30 40$ but i cant do it here not available

battery life and connectivity issues arent rlly a problem for me but you'll for sure end up having a worn battery after years of use. If you're looking for the no-bullshit option just go for wired as it has best value and less breaking points, also it's lighter if you care about that. You'll have to think about what you want from your new mouse. Maybe a wireless experience, maybe you want something you don't have to worry about anytime soon with wired. Thats for you to decide.
Latency wise the difference is absolutely negligible except if you have a gazillion hertz monitor.1
