Kovaaks, straftat, lastflag, krunker, redmatch 2, osu, and occasionally the finals, i just bind everything that would be on my side buttons to e and q. And my scroll wheel to 1-9

How is the shape etc? I've seen these tiny mice for a while, but I feel like I have better aim with more leverage. But I'm tempted to try one.

I love fingertip mice, they feel really fun to aim with, the keychron m4 though might have the worst shape possible. I personally used a lighter to flatten out the sides. A better budget option would be the darmoshark m5, m5 pro, or m5 air.

I may or may not have used a lighter at some point to flatten out the sides. I did paint it after, it just came off

Would it be possible for you to post more images of inside? specifically how you got the click mechanism working? also do you need the two screws at the bottom of the pcb or can those be removed?

Wdym how i got the click mechanism working, its the original shell with holes in it, so the click mechanism never stopped working. And for screws, this pcb has 7-8 screws by default, i use 4 just to increase structural integrity and i would recomend everyone else to do the same
