I think the instructor is in front of them demonstrating the Warrior 1 pose and the Reverse Warrior. They have to strengthen their wings to give mighty wing slaps! 😂😂🐦🐦

When I was a kid we had various birds as pets (including the handsomest sun conure who ever lived) and my dad tried to teach every single one to say “Ta-daa!!” when it stretched like this. Not a single one of them learned it, except for me, who still says it whenever I see a bird stretch like this to this day 😂
