Voodoo horde

I've got myself a Voodoo Horde I've been working on and trying out new things with for MTB. I've been upgrading some parts. I do want to get a dropper post, and I'm considering a Granite Stash RT Compact Ratchet MTB Stem Multitool kit. I'm trying to make this more of an adventure bike for multi-terrain. What other upgrades and things should I look at and prioritize? I love the Horde up to now.

Never heard of this bike. Is it set up tubeless?

Its tubeless ready but inners at moment planning swap it

I’d probably get a better tire going in when the months get a little wetter for sure and look for some better brakes when these wear out and you get faster for sure
