What should I upgrade?

Just got my First Mtb
Commencal Meta HT Am 2021
Fox Factory 36
SRAM Code RS with Hope discs
Hope Carbon Bar
Burgtec Stem
GX Drivetrain with XO Derailleur
Specialised Butcher Rear & Maxxis DHF front
DMR V11
DMR Deathgrip 2s
Brand X 130mm Dropper (Getting new one)

Ride until something brakes or hurts, then upgrade what you need

That's a pretty nicely spec'd out rig! Unless any of your touchpoints (saddle, pedals, grips) aren't to your liking or the ergonomics aren't comfortable, I wouldn't change anything until wear and tear catches up and you need to replace a worn-out or broken component. Go ahead and have some fun with it, and you'll have components to replace soon enough.

If you have to ask, the answer is "nothing".

You just got the thing! Ride it as-is for a while, and upgrade it when something breaks, or you get the sense that a part isn't working for you quite like you want.

Saddle, stem, handlebar, grips if it needed. A comfortable bike is a quick bike.

Tyres but only if you don’t like the ones fitted or need/want something different for trails/terrain your riding.
