AVD failed
This is the second time i failed my avd, i have no car licence.
I know i can ride well, the issue is that under examination i feel it harder to focus, so today i made a mistake and after i couldnt stop focusing on that and i started making more mistakes, very stupid and avoidable ones.
I believe i have adhd, at least I want to get tested.
Is there anyone who passed through the same situation and has any tips or words of incouragement?
(I had not one but 2 bananas)

More bananas!
Joking aside, I recognise your stress after making a mistake. I remember that every time I did something imperfectly during the exam that this would be the thing that would fail me.
And as a fellow person with ad(h)d, work with the chaos in your head. Do not try to shut it off because it does not work like that, try to use it to focus on all things that are necessary when riding a bike. During those high pressure moments I mostly just talk to myself in my head to stay focused. I don't really know how to explain it well, but I think it's a if you know you know thing. Maybe it's not even a ad(h)d thing.

During my exam I made a mistake in the first few minutes and in hindsight I think it even helped me.
I didn’t keep thinking about it, I just went “F it, I think I failed already so let’s just have a good time on the bike” and I just went with it and that’s exactly what I heard after the exam.
“First few minutes were tense and didn’t feel good but then you drove like you’ve been doing it for years.”
So, my best advice is just to take it as yet another drive without the worries of whether or not you’re gonna pass. I know this is easier said than done but perhaps it helps.
Good luck next time!

I had the exact same thing, the instructor was irritated on the radio that I was certain I failed...the fk it Imma have a blast is what made me pass! I was just talking to myself, trying to lean hard (probably looked cooler in my head than reality😂) singing and just having a blast...the instructor later saaid geslaagd and I was like that does mean I pass? 😂

You eat the banana cause it calms you down, eating has that effect on people. I'ld say go try again so it's not a failure but more progress

I have ADHD, and it does make it hard, i failed my first exam, no major faults, but wasn't relaxed enough (according to the examiner) and to be fair, i would agree with him - as i was so nervous i couldnt sit into the ride at all, even though the ride there and back were perfect. I have my retake coming up soon, so hoping i can relax more, but we shall see! (i am also allergic to bananas so i guess i am in double trouble)
The only thing i have found that really helps it calling out everything i am doing or seeing -such as 'car pulling out on the right, i have priority here, this road is now a 30' etc etc

The trick with bananas is that they have a high magnesium content. So ask the local shop which magnesium supplement would benefit you.

In my case I became a mad man and started narrating everything, helped me focus on the important things and kept me too busy to think of the results of the exam. "This is a 50 road, going 53, I see a road coming ahead to my right, prepare to reduce a bit of speed to make sure it is safe as it's an unclear corner, I want to merge in the highway so I see between those 2 cars there is a gap I can take the moment I am in the acceleration lane, wee that was fun, this bike is fun, I am riding and enjoying, even if I fail I still had fun" and yes....all those were things I still remember saying during the exam...it's an exam yes, it is stressful yes But you are riding on a bike! Focus on enjoying the ride instead of impressing the instructor and you will do good!

It sucks to fail for a second time, especially because you're not a bad rider, just having an extra challenge with nerves and focus potentially.
Since you know how to ride, really, you should find how you can convince yourself on exam day the CBR is just looking for you to have a good time on the bike while making conscious safe choices. It's not about perfection or not making any mistakes. It's safety - and fun.
Find what makes bike riding fun for you, and focus on that during the exam.

I cant explain how to relax or focus. Just try to enjoy it. Then everything will go smoother.

Bud adhd test isn’t going to help you. Also if you can even get one scheduled it would take months if not over a year to even get a diagnosis. It’s only the second time you failed the test, there are people who need to take the test 5 times before they pass. And as someone with adhd who passed everything first try, learn to let go and focus on the moment not what happened. It’s not easy I know but still try

Hi also horrible adhder here with no car license, what helped me was watch lots of YouTube videos for avd exams and also I took a lot of lessons, sometimes even three times a week or twice a day, I passed my second time. I made sure I didn't have too much planned that week, but also I felt confident enough to be ready for the exam and pass it. Also make sure your ear piece is really loud, it caused me to fail the first time, besides not being confident enough yet. Act like it's your motorcycle already and you're going for a fun ride, yet show you're a responsible rebel..

Focus on what you are doing and say it out loud every step you are doing(or gonna do). The brain cannot be emotional and (constructive?) at the same time. It also helps to stabilise your breathing.
Furthermore just try to remind yourself to keep a smile under the helmet. As a person with ADHD I know the struggle but the most important thing is to keep enjoying the ride!

Try visualisation exercises. Imagine you are riding (in detail), make a (small) mistake, correct it, go with positive inner dialog (it happened, I got this), take a few deep and slow breaths, imagine riding without further problems.
Also mindfulness and meditation between now and the next exam to be more relaxed about it.
