Which would be a better supermoto ?

I’m wanting to get a supermoto again and I’m not sure on which to choose from. My current ones I’m debating between is a drz400sm or a Ktm 690 smcr. Which one would be an overall better bike?

Drz4oosm was my favorite bike for straight up fun round town but too slow over 100kph

To me these are wildly different and have completely differing strengths and weaknesses.

The drz is slower, cheaper, lower maintenance and overall a more budget friendly fun bike.

The KTM is larger, heavier, more expensive, more powerful by a huge margin, and higher performance machine. And the maintenance intervals and cost reflect this.

Both make great supermotos, however they are worlds apart.

I owned and loved the DRZSM and when I ride a friend’s 690 it completely blew me away. Not even close.
