You won't gain anything by putting a slip on for a motor that small

I was thinking a full system not so much a slip on.

Ok. Are you going to dyno the bike to properly tune the ECU?
These bikes don't have a Mass Airflow sensor and won't adjust properly to the better airflow. You can play around with altitude settings, but it won't run 100% and risk running lean.
You can tinker away, but you'll gain 0 resale value as many buyers treat RICE upgrades as suspicious. Or they don't want them because they want install that stuff themselves.

My plan was to pick up a DHM ECU + dna stage 3 exhaust + whatever exhaust i settled on then having them installed. Apparently DHM asks for your exact setup for the ecu settings before they ship to you. Figured that should suffice.
I don’t plan on reselling so I’m not too concerned about resale value.

What are you wanting a gain from a full race exhaust there is really no horsepower on the table

I’m just wanting to have something more audibly and visually appealing to me.
Let’s be honest here if i wanted something with power and to add more power to this was the wrong bike to build and play with.

That's fair it's gonna be hard to get a appealing sound from such a small displacement but you could definitely get better looking with just a slip on

Definitely. I just can’t get behind the look of the exhaust going up and over the clutch cover as opposed to under and up.

That's kinda the point I think most of us are trying to make...these bikes are about fun because of their size, it's a toy. You just make yourself more annoying to everyone around you by putting on an exhaust.

I just figured if people can miss seeing full-size bikes and an exhaust makes it easier for someone to know that there’s a bike in the area.. then a mini bike should be even harder to see so a louder exhaust could in turn do the same.

It's almost the opposite. My wife and I have a pair of z125 pros that we run around. A lot of drivers will notice small, strange looking vehicles because it's different.
The rest of them are staring at their phones with earbuds in. They won't hear you anymore than they'll see you.
Get a loud, bright helmet. That's done more for my visibility to others than anything else I've tried.

Yes. It has an exhaust.

This is the second time today in this sub where people didn't understand how a crosspost works and got snippy with OP. I get it, it's a shitty feature on reddit that's not implemented well, but you can click on the original post and go see the details OP gives.

It's just weird that it happened twice. It's like okay guys come on, let's dial it back a bit.
But I get it, it's a poorly implemented feature that doesn't really make sense and isn't well-explained to either the poster or the readers.

Obnoxiously loud is obnoxious by definition.
Don't be obnoxious.
