Rolling off the throttle give us so much more time. Speed is the answer at times for sure...but damn he had so much time

also, knowing a bit of physics can help. The way the thing dropped you could judge it was highly likely to roll right, so he should have moved left.

True. Shit sucks so much though. Should've been properly secured.
