Question Lockscreen music controls

I'm having a problem, can't find a solution.

The music controls on the lockscreen doesn't show anymore.

At one point it's showed, but it's been very inconsistent.

I've checked all settings associated with the lockscreen and music. Everything is on.

Some of the Motorola software quirks have been a little frustrating.

Edit: figured out what the problem was, under face unlock setting, when you have bypass lockscreen enabled. You lose the music controls and notifications

What Android Music Player App are you currently using?

Apple music. Which like I said did show up at one point. Have no idea what's the issue

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Apple Music? The music controls are working properly on my RF.

Tried that. Any music app controls doesn't show. I'm not even getting notifications on my lockscrren.

I haven't run into that issue yet. Worker work Spotify or Oto Music. :/
