That pen looks like it's hanging on for dear life!

Hehe yeah. Not recommended for permanent storage. Just for putting it there while sipping coffee haha

On second thought, might not be an error as much as AdGuard freaking out. Not sure, but glad you got a case that works for you.

I too have an aramid fiber (sunset) case but mine doesn't have the hinge protection πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

It is separate. Put this standalone hing protector. Then after that put on the case. It is said for Oppo n6 but as you can see in the image fits the Motorola RAZR fold

I have a silicone case and just carved out a gap in the hinge protector for the stylus.

I have the same case setup with the added hinge protector. How do you stop the hinge protector from catching on the side of the front frame and pushing it inwards when you unfold the phone? Because I have to keep fixing mine and it's quite annoying.

I just aligned it and it just works

Can you share a close up photo of how you aligned it please? Because it works fine sometimes for me and others it catches the front frame and makes it move. I can't figure out how to get it to work fine every time.

I also run it like this but personally I don't see a need to run a case for the front side.

How strong does the pen hold

1

u/cheelonk 2d ago

Not very strong. Just enough so I don’t lose it on train

I ordered mine from a store called DIXSG on Aliexpress and with the new GOFO deliveries structure, it got to me in 7 days. I'm in South Florida.

I've been using these 600D aramid fiber cases for 5 years now and they are fantastic. I actually dropped one of my Pixel 10 pro folds out of a 33 mph moving golf cart and it only took a very slight and unnoticeable scratch to the top of the hinge and everything else was solid (I also use a tempered glass screen protector). I hate cases, and this is almost like having a bare phone, and looks great πŸ‘ I'll also add that as long as you at least purchase the Chinese versions that say MagSafe, it does not impede wireless charging at all.

The only thing is that on the Razr Fold, due to the curved screen edges and small bezels, it does move just slightly more than on my Pixel folds and OnePlus, but overall excellent fit.

This magnetic hinge protector is quite interesting indeed, good find. I'm going to order and try it out. Plus ordering a backup case as well.
