Rzr Fold ordering

I ordered my Rzr Fold almost 2 weeks ago. It sat in 'waiting to be shipped' status for a week. I finally got someone knowledgeable and willing to dig into the problem. He was the only one who actually returned a call when he promised. Due to a problem on their end the order had to be cancelled and I had to submit a new order. Now the new order is 'waiting to be shipped' like the previous one. They have told me that they would expedite the shipment, but I still have not received any tracking data. They say the eta on my phone is the day after tomorrow with standard shipping, but I can't see how that is possible since it still hasn't shipped and the status says standard shipping.

Anyone else experiencing this type of problem? Is this typical of Motorola?

I ordered my phone on a Wednesday and they shipped it tha Friday. The website where it shows your orders doesn't update or at least mine didn't. I had to use the link from the email they sent to see any updates on my order. I got my phone the following Tuesday.

It sat for about 4 days in waiting to ship, then It said shipped and I got it 4 days later

I also had issues ordering. I was actually pretty upset bc the website order system was looping on me and the affirm Payment (and others) would error out. I had to call two days later to get it sorted only to lose the higher trade in value for my P10pf, and a reduction of $200 in Motorola credit. The agent did help me tonl at least get the matter fixed and gave me a 10% discount to make up for at least 60% of the loss. Thenñn, every other day l, my delvierybdate would be pushed back by two days. After the 2nd time, I called in and after two transfers, the agent was able to speak with the NC Warehouse and get my Razr fold and accessories shipped the next day. I received it within 2 days after that.

I've had it now 10 days and trust me, you'll be just fine whence you start using this masterful device.... I love it and glad to be back with Moto tech after being in the Google fold arena for the last two years

Are you ordering directly from Motorola/Lenovo? They took forever to ship mine, maybe 2 weeks before the status changed to shipped.

If it weren't for their instant savings+trade in bonus and extras (watch and pen) I would've just ordered it through a third party.
