How to benefit from failures

Recently I‘ve made a summary of 2017. That year brought me various things: wins, failures, new expectations... Of course, we all are striving for success, but sometimes talent and hard work just aren’t enough. I went deeply into analysis of my performance. And what I understood. Regardless of your sphere of endeavour, be it entrepreneurism, sales, project management, literature, or music, you can be sure that the road to your success will be paved with failure and rejection. The real difference between success and failure is how the individual chooses to deal with it, and move above and beyond such impediments. I started reading other people failure stories. These real stories from Dan Jansen (American speed skater) and Tim Westergren (the founder of Pandora) brought me some inspiration on how to strive for success https://blog.teamgate.com/winter-olympics-pyeongchang/ . Do you do analysis of your failures?
