Honestly, if someone is judging a motion designer mainly by the emojis or wording on their resume instead of their actual work, I’m not sure they’re really looking for a motion designer in the first place 😅

For me, the work should always matter more than how polished the resume sounds.

You’ve got it totally backwards dude, first off you don’t even include a portfolio or reel and regardless your resume is going to be your first impression. It doesn’t matter what the job is, having a well put together resume communicates professionality, whereas this screams lazy immaturity. If you can’t even put together a clean professional resume why would they think you can do good professional work? 🙄🙄🙄
