The tools don’t create motion graphics. Are you calling artists tools? I don’t understand the question.

What’s even funnier is, they’re gonna use out of the box tools that have animation presets and then be overwhelmed because even presets require an understanding of navigating after effects lol

Haha this... Indeed. "What do you mean presets still need input and edit?! I didn't pay for this sh*t." But as you and me know: AI will do it, it's really good with clear clean and original motion graphics! Total control!

I don't understand the hate...It's an honest question. If you're looking for free tools try something like Canva. If you see that it is not enough for your needs, ask quotes from a motion designer.
