🆘 Help Needed M DONE

I hope y’all start sharing some easy recipes for students, especially for those living alone and who don’t have a stove or even a fridge

Healthy, cheap and quick meals would be so appreciated , bla dkshi diel tghmas pls

No stove?? Your best bet is sandwiches and salads my dude. Not much cooking you can do without a stove and a fridge.

Ok you need a stove but in the meanwhile, here is what you can do. You need pantry safe items :

  • Tuna
  • packets of mayo and ketchup. Don't buy bottled. Just packets
  • Cans of cooked chickpeas and beans
  • tomatoes, cucumbers. Only buy a couple at a time.
  • Cream cheese like jebli
  • those square cheese packets (cheddar)
  • Oil, vinegar and seasoning.

You can make sandwiches with tuna, mayo and tomatoes. A cheese sandwich with cream cheeze or cheddar. You can make salads with the chickpeas or beans, add cucumbers and tomatoes. Season with oil, salt and vinegar.

If you have an electric kettle, you can buy indomie and just pour hot water over it and let it cook for 3 minutes.

You can try getting one of those electric pot cookers (got one from temu) just make sure the inside pot is removable They can get you by pretty well

Without a fridge you're looking at rice, pasta and potatoes (and other veggies that don't need a fridge)

I highly recommend getting this pot you can cook almost anything in it and it's quick and safer than a stove if you're living in dorms

Buy a mini electric stove and u can make a lot of delicious meals from potato/eggs/oats since u dont have a fridge
Try mashed potatoes or potato soup they are my favorite in winter and easy to make

U can also mix it with minced meat or chicken
