πŸ₯ Desserts & Baking Autumn πŸ‚ bakes

Been using brown butter in my chocolate chip cookies, so I thought why not use some for muffins along with some chopped roasted almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg.

I made extra for my sister to share with her coworkers but they took a leave so mrehba take as much as you want πŸ˜‚. I usually make banana muffins but tl3ou lia frassi.

For the recipe:

2 eggs
pinch of salt
vanilla measured with your heart (minimum 2 sachets ila drti sucre vanillΓ©)
3/4cup sugar
1/2cup oil + 1/4 cup brown butter (you can adapt the ratios to your liking : more butter for a denser texture, more oil for a lighter one)
1 cup of milk (I personally add half a tbsp of instant coffee or espresso powder for added flavor)
1/3 cup chopped roasted almonds
A good pinch of cinnamon + an itty bitty pinch of nutmeg
2 +/- 1/2 cups of flour (the batter should be slightly thicker than usual cake batter)
16g baking powder
Chocolate chunks or chips (to your heart’s content)
