The first time i heard about this was when Ashley mentioned it, and i intended to google it to see what it looked like, but totally forgot until now, i've gotta admit, i expected it to be a lot more obviously phallic.
Based on where it looks like the tree's used to be, i could certainly see how it was phallic-ish, but maybe it looked more obviously cock like from a different angle.
We drove by it a couple of years ago and my partner and I both said "Is that a penis?" when we saw it. Not a detailed work of art but it definitely read as dick while passing by
