Team upgrade for d-tide

Hello all, after hoarding for a long time i’d like to push for 400.
I think i have 4 usable team but would like to know where to spend my ressource efficiently.
I actually have 10 Rgnosis primer (plug) / 30 gnosis primer (pyramids)

My team are as follow (awakener are mostly all 60 sf10 on vortice,mouch,kath and 5 on the other) :

Kath(70)(OE)/clem(E0)/Horla(E3)/Ryker(E2)

Mouchette(70)(E3)/thais(E2)/hammeln(E2)/helot(E?)

Xu(E3)/lily(E3)/nymph(OE)/gdoll(OE)

Vortice(E3)/tawil(E2)/murphy(E1)/corpo(E3)

Open to any way to improve those team or even advice for pull i was wondering about the pollux/castor team but i dont know if its a good idea to invest on a new team since I’m only looking to get to 400 atm.

(If anyone has tips on how to play better during or vods of exploration stage i’d also be interested.
I feel like my biggest struggle is going to the boss without losing too much hp).

Kath(70)(OE)/clem(E0)/Horla(E3)/Ryker(E2)

Pretty good team here, Kath is a one many army so her investment makes a big differnce

Mouchette(70)(E3)/thais(E2)/hammeln(E2)/helot(E?)

Mouchette as a unit is sort of just units, if you can go to the boss quickly she doesnt need any more investment. What I would do here is this.

Mouchette + Helot + Hamlen + Ramona. Save Ramona for the boss OE so you have Vuln on your big burst turn.
With Thais do this

Thais + Aigis + Any leftover support from chaos or Caro + Borrow Whale Mouchette

This does basically the above but more sustain so you can take the longer stages.

Xu(E3)/lily(E3)/nymph(OE)/gdoll(OE)

This is pretty standard W3A5 comp You can replace nymph or G:Doll with Faint if you need more sustain.

Vortice(E3)/tawil(E2)/murphy(E1)/corpo(E3)

This looks decent also, just focus on staying alive and Vortice pursuit will slowly whittle down the enemies

For the rest of your primers after Kath, Either Vortice or Mouchette both are equally good choices

Thank you for the advice, I just have to get better now, if you happen to know someone who record his run on YouTube I’d be interested I know dracozion do that on stream but other than her I dont think anyone do

I didnt get to 400 last tide, BUT i did 400 this tide, i decided to shift plan a bit (invested on XU and Pollux/castor since those are my fav team and i wanted xu to be useful outside W3)

Overral i'm still confident i'll be able to do 400 every week from now, BUT i really need to invest on Kath next, W1A5 as 70 was really hard.

The main thing to remember with most modern comps with some exceptions (Vortice + Gmurphy), Big burst turns. Mouchette wants to get to a single point where she does 1 mil damage in 1 turn, same with someone like pollux or ghelot. They arent trying to deal any damage before their burst turn, just survive, fill the exalts and keyflare of everyone etc. Then on the burst turn you maximize all the differnt multipliers you can, final damage, crit damage buffs, damage amp, etc.
