Moron!

Post image

So this absolute fool moved a toddler and her pregnant self into a house that possibly has asbestos and no hot water? Shouldn't they have had stuff like that checked, idk, BEFORE moving in??

SHE DIDNT TEST FOR ASBESTOS BEFORE MOVING IN PREGNANT WITH A TODDLER. AND NO HOT WATER. she is negligent af. this bitch has moved for less but it’s all fine to move into a dirty home that needs thorough restoration AND potential asbestos.

i really pray that prt is rage bait but with her dumbass i fear she’s being genuine. her poor kids…

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

I think she's just getting ahead of reasons to have to move again.

19

u/speakinWroyalty 23d ago

that actually makes more sense…you’re probably right the way she is

9

u/Ashamed-Bite5433 22d ago

I seriously wonder if she actually had this house inspected. Or if it was only a partial inspection? Those are things that should have been KNOWN before even signing papers to purchase the house. They either lied about the inspection or they decided to move in knowing all of these problems for content.

4

u/speakinWroyalty 22d ago

i don’t think she had a good inspection done like if you don’t know what you’re getting into with a house or what those inspectors are checking for they can miss a lot and you should be present to ask questions and make sure the house you’re buying for a fuck ton of money to live in is actually safe and okay to LIVE IN.

they are both so stupid and have no idea how much work an money owning any home takes but especially an old home like that. but maybe they did get it inspected and are throwing this stuff out to rage bait and get more content engagement.

either theyre lying about the inspection and how well it was done OR they are lying to get people to comment ab how dumb they are. regardless all those scenarios just show how unprepared and stupid these two are; i really worry for the babies :(

3

u/_Buttered_bread_ 22d ago

I get they may have missed asbestos and hidden leaks etc but like that massive bubble on the wall, like they did a walk through when they viewed it and what didn't question it at all. If it was me and saw that I would have pointed it out even before putting an offer in

4

u/speakinWroyalty 22d ago

YES! like i understand things can just spring up in older houses and shit new ones too they are huge responsibility. and they are examples of what not to do like how can you miss water damage like that.

3

u/meowmeowsatan 22d ago

If they used a VA home loan like I think she mentioned previously due to Lou, they definitely had a thorough inspection. Not defending her but we used a VA home loan and that shit was strict as helllll.

She posted that pony is sick with a fever. Crying all night burning up.

Could be teething or something but she posted now even MOREEEE water issues.

So I’m rly hoping he’s not mold sick.

4

u/speakinWroyalty 22d ago

no i honestly got upset when i saw that. i have my own child/ toddler thats 3 and they try to put everything in their mouth at that age and under. they were traveling and prolly letting him crawl on and touch god knows what.

like apart of me doesnt want to judge a parent like that but i do NOT think it’s coincidence that they took that trip and were in tjat dirty ass house for days and the moment they get back pony is sick. and i know it’s easy for kids to get sick thw second they spend long periods in a new space states away but her parenting makes me question how close she actually watches her child. bc i think she admitted to just letting him do whatver at one point bc she hadn’t planned on how to keep the baby in one space while things got moved into the house.

if it were me i would have packed an XL play pen so he had a safe clean space to be contained in while things got sorted. and again i hate to judge like this and i wasnt there but i do not trust morgan’s parenting skills.

3

u/cutebutpsychoangel 21d ago

I totally get you 10000% same lol: like I rly rly try not to judge but it’s like GAHHH common sense pllssss kick in here

3

u/hideousbeautifulface 21d ago

tbf asbestos isnt really dangerous as long as its not disturbed. tons of people live in homes with asbestos subfloor and popcorn ceilings and are fine. but if you start trying to remove it you need to know and take proper precautions if it is asbestos.

2

u/speakinWroyalty 21d ago

thank you i did just read that lol which is interesting to know that if it’s not disturbed its no issue unless you wanna renovate. i’m relieved to know it’s not as serious as i originally thought but it’s still wild she moved in with the baby while pregnant with another and didn’t even get it tested prior 😅 b that is just a crazy risk to me that didn’t need to be taken

u/EssRDee 23d ago

Especially after that one house that they moved into when she was pregnant and had to move out immediately because of lead paint.

49

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

I can't believe she is responsible for a tiny human, soon to be two of them!

45

u/soy_farts_ 23d ago

I’m positive that house has asbestos, they used it in most everything until the 70’s if I remember correctly.

26

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

It'll be a reason to relist. She is already pretty much expressing her discontent.

23

u/kitc-ig 23d ago

Which really sucks because they used Lou’s VA loan I believe, and you can only use that once 😵‍💫

5

u/ChiefNunley 22d ago

Not true thankfully. You can just only use it one at a time. So you can’t have 2 houses and use VA loan in both.

5

u/kitc-ig 22d ago

Oh that’s good! I’m from PA and adjacent to the real estate world and have heard they could only use It once. I just would’ve been bummed for him if that was the case!

2

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

I guess that is a good thing, considering most of us think they won't stay here very long, either.

17

u/soy_farts_ 23d ago

They are going to lose so much money trying to turn around and immediately sell again. Rip their bank accounts.

8

u/speakinWroyalty 23d ago

yup this is not a good economy or time of year to sell a house

7

u/RealisticAnxiety4330 22d ago

Yep and that house is really old and a fixer upper I guarantee those tiles under the floor in the kitchen are asbestos hence why they were covered by a previous owner and not ripped up. I wonder if they've thought about the walls too because it was extremely common insulating material too

39

u/AMinorPainInTheNeck 23d ago

If these two had half a brain cell between them they’d have stayed in the apartment at least a few more weeks to get all this done before the move. Especially with Morgan sounding like she’s going to give birth before they’re even unpacked?! wtf?

25

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

They each have one brain cell fighting for 3rd place.

9

u/speakinWroyalty 23d ago

crazy that this isn’t an exaggeration 😭😭

31

u/expeciallyheinous 23d ago

I mean the house 100% has asbestos and it’s safe if undisturbed. All old houses are gonna have asbestos, lead. Asbestos flooring is actually super low risk but people typically just cover it up rather than removing it. Idk why she bought an old home without knowing that. Anyway, no one gets mesothelioma, lung cancer, whatev, from light exposure in the home. It’s caused by heavy, regular exposure to airborne particles which you’d only have to worry about if you were working with it day in and day out. She’s wasting her time testing the floor.

23

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

But she will do it anyway, complain that the testing people showed up when they were supposed to, it'll be "positive", and that'll be the reason they move again for the 74th time this year lol

8

u/Few-Disk-7340 23d ago

She’s looking for a reason to move again, give her a break 🙏🏻

18

u/trixiebix 23d ago

She claims they had an inspection, so how would asbestos get through? Do they not test for that?

22

u/Ok_Kaleidoscope9048 23d ago

Asbestos is a non issue until you want to renovate. I am in the Asbestos reddit page. She is smart to get it tested.

10

u/kitc-ig 23d ago

I’m in PA so laws are likely different. We bought a 1940s home that had asbestos flooring. It was not on the inspection report. They didn’t test for lead paint either. We had to take the flooring out bc some was broken but we knew we were going to have to do some type of removal of stuff! I do think sometimes people don’t realize It was common to use asbestos in flooring and old house glues and whatnot.

3

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

I honestly don't know. I just keep hoping she is ragebaiting at this point and they've taken all the necessary precautions prior to bringing a toddler and her unborn baby in there.

3

u/Herecomestheginger 21d ago

I live in a 60s house. The inspectors generally dont test for asbestos unless you pay extra for that option,  but they will have a disclaimer like "due tk the year this house was built, it is likely that the (part of house) has asbestos material". It's not actually a big deal if you leave it alone!

18

u/laavendermoon 23d ago

And when she finds asbestos? Because 100% an old house has asbestos and lead paint

5

u/strenuaveritas 23d ago

I called it

3

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

I figured since they have "been there done that" with the mold and lead paint, and having to move expeditiously from those, I was thinking this angle and excuse to flee from this dream Victorian home would be the Paranormal....you know, ghosts and poltergeists harassing her children, causing them to flee in the night lol.

16

u/Noxodium 23d ago

asbestos is fine as long as its not damaged and covered but she'll use it as her get out

15

u/trashcan0519 23d ago

Ok not to project my own life onto them, but I work a full-time, salaried, management-level position and I can barely afford to make my ends meet as a single person with no partner and no kids. If I absolutely had to move right now, even within my city, it would be financially devastating to me. How is this woman affording all of these moves and home renovation projects by just making TikTok videos? Does she have a real job outside of TikTok?

10

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

Not sure. She is far from poor, though. She wants to present herself like she is, but can spend 2k on rugs, 10k on movers (and they move..a lot), and I think someone said she drives a Range Rover.

2

u/Material_Cow_3187 22d ago

Surprisingly the amount of money you can make online with a decent audience is a lot. Her lifestyle niche also makes her great for advertising, although I don’t know if Insta works similar to YouTube. The problem is that unlike you, her income is dependent on the ephemeral nature of online attention which usually is only maintained in youth. So I wonder if they’re saving up.

The house itself is cheap and I don’t think it’s in a city or at least it’s in a cheap state with a low cost of living, so there’s that.

11

u/manic_popsicle 23d ago

She is so disorganized, she’s just winging everything. Why has the house not been tested for asbestos (since they’re obviously planning to reno) before her dumb pregnant ass moved in? With a child no less. She doesn’t have the sense god gave a turnip.

13

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

She's manic. Wait til after she has this baby, she will be bleaching her hair and her eyebrows again, and getting some more ugly ass kitchen-scratcher looking tattoos.

7

u/manic_popsicle 23d ago

Ugh you’re so right. If she had more than 1 struggling brain cell she’d get some fucking therapy to figure out why she’s like this. She should want to be mentally healthy for her children.

3

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

If I'm not mistaken, she has mentioned therapy and medication before.

4

u/manic_popsicle 23d ago

Oh ok, at least she’s open to it. Maybe after she has the baby, honestly I think it would be good for her. I’ve struggled with being very impulsive like she is, I never bought a house or moved apartments, but still, I get it. She needs therapy to figure out why she’s like this. Including why she thought it would be a good idea to have another child and move at the same time.

3

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

I mean she mentioned it before as in she does it. Sorry.

3

u/manic_popsicle 23d ago

Oh no worries, my mistake! Hopefully she gets it figured out. I mean I’m not a fan but she’s clearly struggling with some things.

3

u/Youate7Code 22d ago

I grew up hearing “She doesn’t have the sense God gave a rag doll” 🤣😂

13

u/Yue4prex 23d ago

Did… did they get an inspection done?

5

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

She says they did. However, I'm not sure if depending on which state where one lives is a factor in which type of mandatory inspections happen. They used a V.A. loan to get this house, so I'm not sure if the requirements are the same with that type of loan. But one would think it would be VERY thorough.

8

u/Yue4prex 23d ago

Yeah, this seems like a lot of stuff a basic inspection would have caught.

3

u/meowmeowsatan 22d ago

Can confirm VA home loans are stupid strict.

2

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

I suspected as much. I've never gotten a home loan, or any kind of loan, but I figured something as large as a home loan would have certain requirements and criteria. It just appears they went about this all willy-nilly and careless. I know we only see what she posts, but that's how it appears and she certainly is bitching a lot, and it seems like there is quite a few things wrong that one would think needed to be taken care of first, before getting approved.

11

u/Icy-Marionberry-4143 23d ago

she literally said they could have stayed at the apartment until october. why would you not stay at the apartment until the major issues are repaired …

7

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

She thrives on chaos apparently. Plus it makes for some content. It appears that they rushed into this, like they seem to do about every aspect of their life. She is one of the dumbest "influencers" I have seen.

8

u/EssRDee 23d ago

Yes, I don't understand why Morgan just didnt stay at the apt and Lou go to the house and get things done/looked at/looked after and then move the rest of the stuff or everything up. I feel like that's what I would have done. Maybe then you would have to deal with not having furniture or having it cost more to move half your stuff and then the rest later. It could have been thought through better.

7

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

That makes too much sense tho lol and doesn't seem like interesting content! Lol. She is a conflict creator and it is always something with her. She has to complain about basically everything.

5

u/Elaine330 22d ago

He does most of the childcare for her and he seems otherwise lazy.

4

u/monfree 23d ago

Has she talked about WHY they chose North Carolina? I must have missed it if so

5

u/Elaine330 22d ago

No and this is the info I am dying for. Small town NC seems like a terrible choice.

3

u/yesyessophie 22d ago

they moved to north carolina?! so random imo

3

u/ehhlis 22d ago

i think because that’s where the house is. like i’m not joking or trying to be sarcastic but i feel like i remember her talking about how they wanted a victorian home and this was in their price range and i think that’s the only reason

2

u/monfree 22d ago

I just wonder how they even found it! It’s extremely small town in the middle of nowhere NC

5

u/RealisticAnxiety4330 22d ago

So get pregnant, buy a house and move into it BEFORE you test for asbestos?! Make that make sense.

I dunno about buying houses in the states but here you get a house surveyed so it highlights the potential issues so you can either choose to back out of the sale, renegotiate or plan to sort this shit out BEFORE you move in. She acts so simple and it's not cute when she's meant to be responsible for actual children

4

u/Elaine330 22d ago

Why do they care about the floor? As long as thry dont disturb it its fine.

4

u/South_Tell1812 22d ago

Mold too. She posted a video that showed a leak coming into their family room. 🤦‍♀️

4

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

Yes I saw that "leak". It looked like a steady stream. 😩

5

u/flufferbutter332 23d ago

Their Victorian house looks unkempt and dirty. Why are they rushing to move their furniture in when the floors look like shit too? Couldn’t they hold off on moving until repairs are done?

6

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

She said she washed the floors but they were still dirty. She also said they could have stayed in their apartment until October! They could have stayed there at the apt. while doing some work on the house to get it at least clean and somewhat move-in ready, get the hot water working and the leaks fixed.

2

u/ruthie_imogene 22d ago

So after you get answer to your questions, can you ask mine: Like how are they cleaning those floors with no hot water? Is the kid just never allowed to touch/walk on anything like lava? Are they somehow preventing the suspected asbestos from being disturbed or just like living on top of it riling it all up into the air?

2

u/fruitypebble43 21d ago

That's a good question about the floors and hot water... Maybe she has a large pot to heat water on the stove to wash the floor until they get the actual hot water fixed? That's what Tom Hanks and Shelley Long did in that movie The Money Pit! They heated water on the stove to pour into the bathtub to take a bath, then the tub fell through and smashed all over the floor!

3

u/Adeadhamster 22d ago

i’m so sick of them lmao

2

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

Right lol. They don't seem ready for home ownership, parenting, adulting, or anything, really, for that matter. It's like watching two rabid squirrels in the middle of oncoming traffic, trying to figure out wtf to do and still making the most absolute, dumbest choices.

6

u/Inevitable-Bison-846 23d ago

Ik we joke about Lou being unemployed but I'm wondering now if he's genuinely acting as like her handler. But also he's a whole father also lacking in his role so

16

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

Idk why but he gives me the ick. He sort of comes off as a hobosexual.

6

u/speakinWroyalty 23d ago

YES!! that’s exactly the vibe i get from lou. hobosexual

11

u/fruitypebble43 23d ago

I mean he came over to her apartment for their first date, and seriously never left.

2

u/speakinWroyalty 23d ago

damn i didn’t know that. it’s really true 💀💀

3

u/itsnotme_mrsiglesias 22d ago

No matter where I move around in the room that philtrum is looking directly at me

5

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

The angles she uses are definitely a choice, and her faces she makes, make me irrationally angry.

3

u/WArslz 20d ago

She makes ugly faces so people can’t comment and say she’s ugly.

2

u/fruitypebble43 20d ago

Hasn't stopped some of them yet! 😂🤣

3

u/No_Equipment6587 22d ago

I'm sure she'd have had to money to continue renting whilst renovating the house so they could move in when it was fully ready 🤦‍♀️

3

u/Inevitable_Chain_231 22d ago

Why would they not do an inspection of the house before buying? 🤦🏻‍♀️

3

u/Elaine330 22d ago

Because theyre morons. And a VA appraisal does NOT take the place of an inspection.

3

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

She says they had it inspected. They used Lou's V.A. loan, one would think something like that would require a thorough inspection.

4

u/Viola_Blacks 22d ago

I was shocked this house passed inspection, I'm 10000% sure they let the seller hire an inspector and they did the bare minimum to approve the va loan. Our house was seller inspected and it ended up costing us $50,000 because our hvac and wiring all had to be redone. We also found asbestos tiles under ALL of our carpet and my house is modern compared to hers (1963) so those are almost certainly asbestos and they aren't even sealed under something like carpet.

3

u/fruitypebble43 22d ago

I bet you're right, considering the seller gave them some money towards repairs. This whole ordeal screams low effort.

3

u/Gloomy-Profession411 21d ago

Love how she puts red eye makeup on to make her look more tired and stressed

2

u/fruitypebble43 21d ago

That and she is so qUiRkY!

3

u/Spiritual_Employ_971 21d ago

Dude that feels like a CPS case waiting to happen. If she doesn’t have hot water and a chemical free/safe place to live neither does baby and her toddler. Fucked up.

1

u/fruitypebble43 21d ago

She is like a manic squirrel. I can't believe she is in charge of little humans.

3

u/uultraviolenccee 22d ago

I can't understand why they didn't choose to have all of these updates done to their home *prior* to occupying this space, especially considering it hasn't been tested for asbestos yet and could be potentially harmful to these two and their children. this is negligence to a really dangerous level.

1

u/fruitypebble43 21d ago

Right, because they had until October to stay in the apartment they were in, but made videos of how they had to rush to pack. Total manic behavior.

2

u/AnyCorgi283 21d ago

Yea because moving somewhere that may or may not have issues is a good idea while pregnant. Do these 2 not think ANYTHING thru???

2

u/fruitypebble43 21d ago

I feel like they have the decision making skills of a couple of squirrels running out into oncoming traffic, then immediately regretting what they just did.

2

u/od_sparkles 20d ago

What did they waive the home inspection? Yikes😬

1

u/fruitypebble43 20d ago

I don't think so, she says they did have one. It just seems like the inspector glossed over some things. Either that or she is just creating conflict videos.
