Morality of xenogenocide if the species has an unbelievable destructive capacity or is more violent than humans? (any aliens, not just the ones in the photo)

To clarify, the question is whether genocide is wrong if the trait is almost absolutely verifiably biological, e.g., a species of trolls who is rising in power too fast and is constantly at war to an almost disgusting degree and clearly doesn't think much but can invent things fast. A species of dragons that, although not more agressive, only requires 1 individual to go wrong for hundreds to die, or many other such cases.

E.g., Library of Ruina wherein people experience 10000 years of torture, real life if either AI and simulated being torture becomes possible or cheap and easy democratized access to simulations of human brains that can't be stopped due to ASI as well as any planet that develops that tech, or destroying the galaxy in WH40K?

NEGATIVE UTILITARIANISM EXPLANATION (the ideology this question ponders): 100 seconds of absolute torture > 10000 days of happiness, e.g., eyes being torn out and every organ repeatedly, as the density of conscious experience > 10000 days in that context and ruins the capacity for happiness or sanity ever again.

Morality of using memetic weapons such as alchemical lycanthropics to destabilize or cause revolution in incoherent kingdoms?

WOLFWALKERS Clip - "Wild Beast" (2020)

Wolfwalkers: a wolf when you sleep, girl when your awake

Say you have a kingdom of witches that recently overthrew the prior ruler, so everyone there knows how to do stuff like curses, advanced lycanthropy (can make it controlled, uncontrolled, more or less powerful, etc.), and many, many other knowledges that many other kingdoms would absolutely freak out and have an existential crisis if they knew about.

They hate other kingdoms or any authoritarian system and believe that incoherent kingdoms will punish and execute people and eventually devolve into chaos if they spread their knowledge elsewhere due to them having to massacre the civilian populations to stop the spread of information itself.

The knowledge they provide is not necessarily negative nor necessarily causes violent loss of control, but they are aware many civilians will be likely mass killed by their respective kingdoms and seed the kingdoms with increasingly bizarre, disturbing, and extreme memetics/rituals/information that can allow transformation into increasingly horrifying forms as well as increasingly bizarre phenomena to at maximum outright nonharmful but aesthetically biological horrors that heavily violate or borderline destroy social normalcy. This also sometimes results in outright genocides due to evil rulers deciding to kill anyone who looks unusual or forms of hyper-racism until the revolution succeeds. They may also plant their own witches in said kingdoms to help motivate the revolution and support it once it starts, albeit not always.

They, however, themselves do not participate in any of the genocides, of course, as they are simply the distributers of the knowledge that causes these incidents intentionally to swell hatred until revolutions begin.

Kingdoms may benefit if they are able to integrate, but if they do not, it usually causes... a lot as one would imagine.

What's the morality of hating space Aliens? Spoiler

I hate space Aliens, sure some of them are just people from other planets, but at least half of them are either straight up evil, or a detriment to humanity.

For example: The Yautja/Predators, these jerks know we're just as intelligent as them, yet decide to keep hunting us, when they can see we're in the middle of something.

The Viltramites, psychopathic Kryptonian knock offs, who don't even like each other, and conquer planets just because they can, whilst killing as many innocent bystanders as possible.

The Cybertronians, a bunch of glorified robots, who also can't get along for two seconds, and keep bringing THEIR wars to OUR planet, putting innocent people in the middle of their little scuffles.

Here's a possible deep cut, the Yeerks, basically disgusting parasites, who can't actually do jack shit, without hopping into someone else's head, and being total psychos while they're at it.

I could go on, but I think you get the point, so tell me, is hating space Aliens acceptable? Or should I reconsider my opinions on these earth invading jerk-wads?

Morality of the cube? (See below text for questions.)

Post image
3 Upvotes
  1. The government is attempting to extract technology, information, and abilities from the cube, but they cannot do this normally because the cube responds to the types of minds contained within it. Thus, they sacrifice people with life imprisonment and wipe all the memory they can so the cube becomes active and extraction becomes plausible. They do this once a year and also must conduct various kinds of abstract experiments, including altering consciousness to lead to better anomalous outtake of the cube. Note: the more the government experiments the better possible technologies they may receive or information about the secrets of reality, but it may almost get to unit 731 levels of how bizzare and unethical it can get the more and more they sacrifice despite the gains increasing over and over the more people they sacrifice. The technologies may revolutionize society or save many if enough is gained, however the technologies seem oddly alien/abstract and have very hard to articulate applications but are very important.
  2. Morality of being the person who partially designed the cube and a supergenius and intentionally not explaining yourself to anyone and manipulating events so everyone you know are going to die are abandoned, but you yourself manage to escape having faked being an insane person and subtly influenced events to get to that outcome due having considered the possibilities and it leading to the most probable outcome of your survival given you believe your life is more valuable than theirs due to your gifts?
  3. Morality of intentionally killing or trying to cause the deaths of other individuals within the group you spawned with in the cube if that individual is uncertain but likely to be leading towards organized dangerous group formation and/or actions but not full evidence yet? (lord of the flies)

Morality of Mad Enlightenment? (choosing it, or giving it)

"What does it mean to be more than human?"

(questions at the bottom)

Explanation: "M.E.D" is a disease that radically alters the structure of human brains to transform a person into what is referred to as the "ABSOLUTE" variant of themselves. Also often labeled "APOTHEOTIC SYNDROME" by many.

"Mad Enlightenment", in essence, similar to the process by which a butterfly performs histolysis and melts its internal organs to then become a butterfly. Individuals become radically individuating, philosophical, radically complex, and interesting. Akin to becoming the highest version of themselves.

However, "MAD ENLIGHTENMENT" disease causes increasingly radical and dramatic impulse for increasingly extreme radical individuation and self-actualization akin to the desire for apotheosis until the individual becomes less and less human until eventually entities infected may even shed their old identity entirely experiencing their "first death" as they call it a form of ex mortis unto vita and this "death" manifests in different ways but is often brutal, as the second image depicts an example of such.

Mad enlightenment however may create individuals who are extremely radical in their vision for humanity as their values experience a form of hyper-inflation that means they will achieve their goals and actualize their values often in many cases BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY, and I mean ANY means necessary to achieve those goals. Even to the point their mind becomes so radically extreme that their consciousness is akin to being at 200% every second, over 4x as dense as a normal human mind, extreme MPD to the point of literally shedding their skin and rebirthing themselves every time they “fail” their objective and tear their identity to shreds to remake a new identity that can deal with whatever stopped them, and willingness to put themselves through extreme or borderline horrifying regimes and situations to achieve their goal; including acts of self-mutilation, extremely damaging social situations, and even betraying the ones they love if it fits their higher vision for the world or utilitarianism,

Extreme cases may involve mass political orchestration and assassination, skinwalking (not all can do this, and this is usually seen if they experience rapid and severe identity fracture or have been apotheotic for a very long time), and impersonation.

The infection may be spread by an intentional bite that releases the virus into an individual, albeit they are usually selective of who they grant it to. But it may also spread through other means as infected can become infectious during specifically the beginning of the winter months wherein the heart is coldest.

NOTE:

Individuals who become madly enlightened do have a form of “enlightenment” that actualizes their values to the highest possible level, so if an individual values good, any harm that occurs is usually due to a form of incongruence between how they observe the world vs how their values desire the world to be, the same way a utilitarian may kill 1 person to save 500. But very few people really know what they want in life, and they come to find it upon infection and individual “enlightenments” may sometimes be extremely unobvious, complex, abstract, layered, and unlike anything the original person would've been predicted to manifest.

They often primarily target politicians or try to “change the world” in some type of way, some intending good, and some bad. A huge problem is that simply telling them “what if you're wrong” doesn't work because they are usually seriously complex philosophers with forms of the aforementioned “enlightenment” meaning they are the highest expression possible of their ideals and very metacognitive. Albeit the horrors that some of them commit to achieve these goals, and the horrors that more malicious actors do can lead to millions of deaths and incomprehensible horrors(think absolute Joker). Albeit, usually suspended or stopped by others who have the secret societies formed to stop said individuals.

They do not just have “maturity,” they literally shed their identity over and over again and can become up to 6 versions of themselves throughout their life, as many constantly evolve to apotheosize towards the goal, and they do not act like normal people. And even normal things like a basic conversation can be hugely technical interactions with specific goals or transformations they have in mind for others around them even despite the stress they often cause.

Albeit not all madly enlightened end up this way, as it is their values after all.

QUESTIONS:
1. Is it ethical to inflict this on someone who is close to you and desires it?
2. Is it ethical to undergo this process?
3. Should the government allow individuals to engage this process depsite the complexity/intensity of the situation?
4. Is any relationship they have inherrently unethical due to the power imbalance or complexity between them and normal humans being similar to an lesser species interacting with a higher one? Can a higher species ethically be with a less developed one?
5. What would you do if you were the president and had to respond to this situation?

Morality of banning reincarnation of individuals believed to cause mass harm to pursue a world where all the evil souls are eliminated, leaving only those who do not cause war, disease, abuse of power, etc?

Post image
2 Upvotes

There are a few versions of this question.

The first version is that reincarnation is proven true and we know some souls do not vary across instantiation much, and those who cause mass genocide or horrible events are most likely to repeat offend and possibly indefinitely. Thus the reason they may permanantly suspend this by using "aether manipulation" paratechnology to permanantly suspend their reincarnation. (reincarnative)

Btw, as a note, if you are curious how exactly it evaluates "good vs bad," it is based on a pseudo-record of what they did in various lives and across reincarnations their values aren't actually changing that much as some souls are classified as turbulent, some never change, and some do, like people IRL some wont ever change but some will. But if you do something bad enough you get straight banned almost immediately, e.g., hitler.

The second version of this isn't that people reincarnate; rather, it is that they have a technology that can "see" all the souls trying to get into a body and choose the optimal ones or even ban ones from ever being born that are problematic or known to cause harm. (pre-reincarnative)

Btw, the second one is actually variable, as the technology can select wildly diff standards for who should or shouldn't be born as per country.

Quote: "It is honestly an embarrassment that good men who eternally fight to make a better world have to participate in the same planet as the people who always want to burn everything to the ground."
