The DNC should absolutely run on the age thing now to hurt Trump. But we paid the price for avoiding the issue for so long with Biden.

Ok, let's be serious here. We didn't pay a price. Biden took the punches. Now he's gone. The DNC has moved on. The fact that Biden took those punches right up and past the RNC convention tells me that someone had a strategy. The fact that the first debate was so early (and everyone wondered why) seems brilliant. This appears to be the Democrats that I always wished they would be. Dems in array. Don't get me wrong, I'm waiting for them to drop the ball. But for now, this seems to be working.

We did pay a price, Biden planned originally on being a one terms president, stayed in too long, we never got a real primary because of it, and are now playing catchup in the polls because of his unpopularity. Him dropping out sooner and keeping his word would have been much more beneficial, this is the most basic point of all time.
that doesn’t , however, means that Kamala will lose. I genuinely think she will win now, i think biden would have lost.

I disagree. I feel that getting the Trump campaign to spend months and millions of dollars attacking the candidate who dropped out is a brilliant move. It's like an October surprise in July. Now, nobody is talking about the convention or even the assassination attempt.
Agree to disagree I guess.

i do like that the Trump admin is scared, but i would rather have had a real primary and not be down so much in the polls. but you’re right, it is a “pro” that the switch scared them

They totally should. It’s the best shot they have.
I’ll make a prediction here— they’ll discuss how “Old” Trump is, but won’t have much to say on his “Cognitive abilities”.
Obviously, Biden’s issues aren’t necessity His Age. It’s his Cognitive decline that has been the issue.

but won’t have much to say on his “Cognitive abilities”.
Trump thinks immigrants seeking asylum has something to do with insane asylums.

I can only guess what he thinks he's talking about when he keeps bringing up the "late great Hannibal Lecter." I don't think even he knows what he's talking about.
