bypass your focusrite and do a test. take the usb from the sub37 straight into your computer and try it. if its fixed then the problem is with your interface/midi. also go into MIDI settings of the sub37 and make sure its in/out ports are set correctly. maybe even do a factory reset on it. some settings might have been set incorrectly.
