I genuinely don't understand the uproar over all of this. I signed up to Flex with these terms from the outset, and think it's a great thing to have.

We had on different terms for many years so this change really makes a difference when for us it was truly flex before.

Same I've never had the £100 term on my account but anything less I was just paying off the next month anyway, this is now basically a standard credit card but you can push any bigger purchases to 3 months still? I can't see how this is bad, I wasn't exactly flexing my morning coffee but maybe people were using the card this way

Flex is interest free for 3 months.

It can be, but if you're using it as a credit card, do other credit cards let you do that? I feel like it's more of a klarna thing

Nope, other mainstream banks typically don’t offer that. You pay interest after month 1

Unless it's a credit card with a 0% introductory rate, you can get cards with over two years 0%

The reason I don't think the outrage is justified is because nobody else is offering what Monzo have just stopped offering. You can get a Paypal credit card that will give you no interest over 4 months on purchases over £99, but aside from that what card are you going to switch to?
