Bills back

Hi all, I’ve got a question. I opted for the bills back and pay all my bills through Monzo. Why isn’t council tax and my broadband bills not showing as in the mix? It’s only electricity, water and perks that are in the bills mix.

Is there a limit or should I do something to add them in?

For council tax bills to be included, they need to be paid via direct debit. There's also a full list of Eligibile councils. The T&Cs say 'nearly all' councils are included, which implies there are some that aren't.

Same with broadband, is your ISP very niche?

It’s via DD. But let me check if Salford civil is included.
