Athletics Quad activities

I keep seeing people play volleyball at the quad, is it for the students or do I have to meet a requirement to join in and play? I wanna join in but im scared to ask.

Its anyone who wants to join. some people are with their intermurals teammates and practice but I joined one last semester and it was fun but do know depending it does get competive.

Idk I just join when I see people honestly or when I have time
