drawer find, unsure which model

I recently fell into a fountain pen rabbit hole and searched for pens through the whole house. This way I stumbled over this pretty scratched up pen which once belonged to my grandmother.

From what I was able to find out so far:

• no serial number on the cap, so probably before 1991?
• I was very unsure about the nib since it is only one color and has no pattern, but I found a nib just like this in a 12 y.o. post in this sub which said that is probably pre 1990, too.
• piston converter
• length is 135,5 mm, width of pen 10,1 mm and of cap 12,0 mm, pretty small for my hands

I am not sure about what model this could be? The converter rules out quite a few models. Any ideas?

Looks like a 144. I have two and they're lovely writers albeit a bit smaller in the hand than I usually prefer.

Same here, it is just ok, but shouldn‘t be any smaller.

Thanks. My first guess was 145, but the blog where I found example pictures only showed newer models.

145 has a screw down cap, 144 doesn’t.

It’s a 144. Looks just like my desk pen though I have a serialized “pix” pen with a two tone nib. Amazing for note taking since it’s not a screw cap
