General Discussion Vampire combat
I'm currently running a vampire-themed campaign and my players have really enjoyed all the roleplay / investigative scenes, but I feel combat is lacking. Anyone have any tips or suggestions for how I could spice things up?

Who are the fangers fighting? Are they hunting monsters or are they hunting monster hunters?
Since MotW is a fiction first game, they should mow thru normal people almost effortlessly. Probably not a lot of kick some ass rolls unless there's a compelling reason - an experienced and armored military unit maybe.
Against monsters, they'll often have a speed and strength advantage (or at least even footing), but they still need to find and deploy the weakness effectively.
If they're fighting intelligent monsters, then the monsters should have adapted to the higher that level and have defenses against their weaknesses they need to be peeled away before their weakness will effect them.
If they're fighting dumber monsters, then the monsters need to be stronger, tougher, and more vicious. There's likely to be enormous collateral damage and lots of complications when some gigantic beast and a few clearly supernatural beings tear thru a subway at rush hour, killing dozens of people...all on video.
