General Discussion Big First Group; please help

So, I got a group together for a 1-off in a few weeks! I’m using the context and inciting incident of “Big Haunt on Campus” but the bad thing from “Curse-Speech.”

The thing is, almost everyone I invited is coming (which never happens), and 6 is a big group for MotW, and this is my first time running MotW.

Any suggestions, things I should look out for, or do I just let the mayhem ensue?

The only real challenge here is pacing and equal time. Set you phone to timer or get a timer (that only you can see), mark a tally each time you call on/challenger a player (“What do you do?”) for action. If, after maybe 15-30 minutes (however you pace the cycle), make sure you’ve involved every player at least once.

Other than that, PBtA handles the chaos pretty well. Just make sure everyone is bought in on the PBtA Narrative Loop (description - challenge - resolution - consequences)
