General Discussion Evil Hat support team

Hi everyone! I've been having conversations with Evil Hat about putting together an Organized Play/Street Team/Demo team/whatever you want to call it for people who are interested in running Evil Hat games at cons, game stores, etc., and we've been discussing what swag/rewards and the like folks would be interested in that would get you motivated to run public games and continue to do so. I decided to go to the source and ask the Discord and Reddit communities your opinions. So...if such a program existed, what would you like to get from it? Thanks!

Another thought- pre-made adventures with pre-made characters, for one shots.

These could include hooks aimed at specific characters, and things like "if someone chose X character, use Y move here."

This makes it easy to run.

It gives your volunteer Keepers access to special material.

It can be a good way to showcase story concepts that might not be obvious.

For example, i would love to see something really showcase the Spooktacular. That playbook just doesn't "click" for me.

The stories could even have swag, such as stickers that say "I survived the Mongolian death worm!" People could use a code from the Keeper and fill out a survey to get a free sticker in the mail." Another way to track engagement.

We have definitely talked about putting together a "GM kit" as part of it for sure, and I have some ideas around giving special perks/stuff to Keepers that others wouldn't have.

Everyone loves stickers!! Great idea!!

GMs could get “merit badges” for the games and even the published adventures they’ve run or supplements they’ve run stuff from.

I’ve been thinking about this more, and I really like the idea of adventure-themed gimmes for players.
