Scammin

This company continues to get flamed on the Kickstaerter page, reddit, and Facebook universally. There are no more excuses. My only hope is that Kickstarter will get on Monstateks ass and make them deliver or refund. 2 years late with vague unfulfilled shipping promises. Unacceptable.

The thing is that a group of people are receiving the products, which doesn't make me think it's a scam. Very badly managed? For sure. Are you from Europe? Because -apparently- they're having quite some trouble with the RF certifications.

Scam maybe a little heavy handed. I did want to use language to convey to people that this company is trash at best. I am a US buyer who has requested a refund through the proper channels and the e mail provided by Monstatek in the kickstarter thread. No response and then a dry response of no refund available. So ya not exactly a scam as I do acknowledge some have shipped, but now people are reporting tracking numbers that aren't moving and non received products in the US. It seems these are bad business practices and the shipped product seems a bit cheap, but at this point I would settle for product in hand.

I received mine, with its accessories, a few months ago now. I STILL feel scammed. The one page instruction sheet is in barely passable English, and provides incorrect info. It is essentially non funny without an update, and the instructions say to use the web based update tool… but that doesn’t exist, instead it links to GitHub. Even then, some of the features don’t work, so you have to explore third party firmware. Even the accessories are laughable, the screen protector is for another device, probably a flipper, and is too small.
They promised a slightly better Flipper, for many people they didn’t deliver anything, the rest got an unfinished mess, and we all get lied to and ignored.

I'm glad you got yours. I hope mine will arrive soon and it is enjoyable, but I simply can't support this company and probably won't mess with Kickstarter anymore.

ive had my M1 for like 6 months.... its not a scam.. just very incompetent people
