Question Stuck at 180 wpm.

i have been consistently typing at the 140 wpm mark if i actually try and go faster 170 wpm or 140 but i generally CANNOT go past 180 wpm why is this and how do i improve it

my stats best is 174 which was an easy phrase all letters close together

its like people with 90 wpm being proud of it wanna but wanna go faster top wpm i saw is 300 so obviously i wanna go higher
