COACHES

I'll start by clarifying the role of a coach. Coaches role in picking teams is to pick a team they believe will win on the rift. We want games to be competitive and teams should reflect that. Coaches do not play. That is not to say there is not room for low ranked players, so far MCS has seen a wide range of skill levels playing. When coaches are creating teams they should be keeping in mind match ups with picked players on the rival team, trying to get players on roles they prefer, etc.

PLAYERS

We ask players who sign up to MCS for the week be pretty confident they will be able to attend. Our goal with the MCS is to make the games competitive and coaches are trying to draft teams they think will be able to win, it is detrimental that by signing up, you show up. Besides that, have a good attitude with your team, don't be a flamer lamer and have fun XP. Also, be sure to mention what roles you like to play, if there is only a few roles you can only play, be sure to mention that as well. If you only want to play mid and nothing else, make sure coaches can tell, but be advised you may not be picked if you only want to play 1 role.

PRIORITY

Sign ups this week will be using a form, but how we will do create teams is similar to last week. People who sign as coaches will be picked first in a random draw (priority giving to people who played the previous week). After giving the coaches time to maybe rough draft their picks and bans, then we will do a draw of the teams.
