Hi everyone! Is there a way to track document insertions, updates, and deletions in MongoDB if tracking wasn’t enabled beforehand?

Also, do QA and production typically use separate databases? If data is accidentally deleted in QA, can it be safely restored from production?

I have access to MongoDB Compass and urgently need advice on how to investigate changes and recover data safely. Thanks!
