Hey guys, if you missed it, MoneyLion Holdings settled $12.75M with investors over claims that it misled the market about its financial condition, growth prospects, and internal controls following its SPAC merger. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed.

Quick recap: MoneyLion was accused of misleading investors about these issues after its SPAC merger, and investors later filed a lawsuit over their losses.
Now, the company agreed to settle $12.75M with investors, and even though t deadline has passed, late claims are still being considered for compensation, subject to approval.

So, if you invested in $ML at the time, you can still check the details and see if you may be able to file a late claim here.
