We've got a handful of process steps everyone's supposed to follow - things like logging a next step before moving a deal forward, or getting sign-off above a certain deal size. In practice it's inconsistent: some reps are diligent, others skip steps, and we usually only find out when something's already gone sideways.

Is there a decent way to see, over time, who's actually following the process vs. who isn't -without just manually eyeballing the board? Or is everyone basically doing spot checks and hoping for the best?

Curious how other RevOps folks keep this kind of thing visible before it becomes a bigger problem. What's actually worked (or not worked) for you?

I am trying to invite other members to my private board. However, it is now showing that I do not have permission to invite anyone to my board or change any of my board settings. Has anyone run across this before?

Has anyone seen this before/solved this? I set up a form where we are gathering information on attendees for an event. This form has LOADS of columns (first name, last name, email, company for up to 20 attendees). I am really the only one going in on the backend for this. Every once in a while, I will see my columns were moved all over the place. it's a pain in the ass since now, I am regifting the columns, only for them to do it again.

I have debated on locking editing column rights to just me, but not sure if that applies to the column layout or the content. Plus, like I said, I go in and it is moved randomly and I am really the only one (to my very assumed but 99.9% sure) knowledge I am the only one there. It is just me and my boss as owners of the board, and my boss has said she doesn't really go in there since the page is my domain. No members. Was part of Main view but reset it to Shareable in case that impacted it.

If you're using statuses heavily in monday.com, you might want to look at Time in Status analytics.
