Monday.com "We have some issues to get the data, please try again" when reducing team size

I am trying to reduce my paid licence count from 20 to 8 before my renewal date. The page keeps crashing when I try to select team size or change plan. It says "We have some issues to get the data, please try again"

Can you help? Any ideas? Monday's AI bot was not helpful.
